Rock bands SuG, ViViD, D=OUT, and BORN made an announcement earlier this month that they’ll be embarking on a co-op tour, and the dates for this highly-anticipated summer event have just been revealed!
“Kirakira Summer Typhoon!! Tour 2011″ is named for the glittering new generation of visual kei that the four bands represent. Fans will get a taste of the legendary and the new, as upcoming band ‘Doubt’ will debut later this year, and rookie band BORN will play as the opening act for the rest of the guests.
All performances will be held at Zepp performances halls around the nation, beginning in Zepp Nagoya on July 20th and ending on July 28th for a total of six concerts. It costs ￥4,500 to reserve a ticket to any of the events.
Prior to this tour, SuG will be headlining their own month-long tour, named “SuG 2011 Nen SPRING TOUR”. The first of the band’s twelve performances will be held on April 2nd at Kashiwa PALOOZA OPEN.
