Are you into Anime or manga? I used to be, still watch it (currently obbsessed with Hetalia xD) but not so much anymore... J-Drama? (HANA NO KIMI) J-fashion? I would say along with J-rock its what I love most! I love dressing up all cute and sparkly in pop-kei and oshare-kei style

I'm definitely into Kera fashion! Lately I like lolita, but I'm a real SEX POT fan. Though it's kind of that brand that every omgjapan loser flocks to, I actually really like it T^T; Also... does it count if I'm in love with characters? Especially Mukku from Ponkikki =w=
Though anime/manga interests me about as much rocks, and I haven't watched drama in years. lol

I love Japanese fashion, buuut it's hard to get any of that stuff here, so I just make up my own fashion with Japanese influences, sort of :'D As for anime/manga - I love it! It seems that I'm really into dark anime, but I never really knew why. I'm especially addicted to Soul Eater, Darker Than Black and Death Note... Now that I've seen those animes 2903752 times, I've decided to buy the mangas as well -currently buying Soul Eater volumes- xD

I was obsessed with manga and anime before, but now I use all my time on J-pop and hehh, its not really known as J-drama, more known as dorama.. And I cant live without my daily need of doramas.. Im always watching something, but I dont really have anyone to talk abot it with *sad face*.. No one of my friends like Japanese stuff.. Im all alone D: Im also really interested in gyaru style and life style. actually I am a little secret gyaru without false eyelashes ^^

I love Japanese fashion! I spend far too much time on ebay looking for cheap clothes and accessories. Also, whenever I go shopping I always think "would Takeru wear this kind of thing?" xD
I also love Japanese folklore~ Like the Bunbuku Chagama story, which is about a shape shifting Raccoon-dog who turns into a tea-kettle. and The Cat's Elopement, which is about two cats who fall in love and elope. xD Mostly the ones about animals... xD Thats probably why I love the game Okami so much. Because it's based on loads of Japanese fairy tales~ that and you play as a Wolf. xD
I also love the Japanese language in general. It's just so beautiful~
Oh and Japanese art. Like sumi-e paintings. They're so beautiful!

Death Note was so good xD I was so obbsessed with it...If you like Dark anime look up Sayonora Zetsubou Sensei on youtube--Its a rally dark and funny anime about a suicidal high school teacher... @光ちゃӛ oops sorry! I'll fix that! I love gyaru too, though I dont dress it I get makeup inspiration from it @kei So your into the more traditional side of Japanese culture? I think its so beautiful, though I got to admit its the modern/pop culture I love the best

Hiragana and Katakana amuse me :3 @chiyo I know xD I've seen Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, but only one season... I'm currently watching xxxHolic, which is kinda dark as well :3 and you should definitely MAKE time to watch Soul Eater! @leonora Really? Well the movies weren't as good as the anime, but I still liked the movies too. Especially the L one...

This may sound corny, but I love every aspect of Japan. The music, the buildings, culture, food, lifestyle, language, anime/manga, etc.
I've watched lots of anime. I learn Japanese (and love it!). I've been to Japan (best experience of my whole entire life!). You never know how unique it is until you've actually been there.

kiyomi: - Well, if your Japanese isn't 100%, in some restaurants you can ask for english menus. - Make sure you know what you're doing when traveling on public transport, it gets really confusing sometimes xD - Carry your passport with you EVERYWHERE. (but you should know this). - Maybe allocate money for each day you are there, so you don't run out of money at the end. And some fun tips - Take lots of photos! - Keep receipts and everything, they become great memorabilia. and If you would like any specific tips, you can ask ^___^
